ALKALINE RESISTANT FIBERGLASS FABRIC

Fiberglass mesh is wovened by fiberglass yarns, and then coated with alkaline resistant latex . It has great alkaline-resistant, high strength, etc. As a perfect engineering materials in construction, it is mainly used to reinforce cement, stone, wall materials, roofing, gypsum and so on.

We can produce any specifictation meshes according to requirements with mesh specification and weight per square meter from customer.We can supply special mesh as following:

We can supply specifications from 30g/m2 to 500g/m2 for fiberglass mesh.

Main specification: 5mm x 5mm or 4mm x 4mm,4mmx5mm,10mmx10mm:60g/m2, 75 g/m2, 90 g/m2,110g/m2, 125 g/m2,145 g/m2, 160 g/m2.

 

High quality :

(1) Latex coated: our coating latex have great alkline resistant, keep more than 70% after 28 days NaoH test.

(2) The fiberglass yarns is supplied by ourselves,we have 73 unites platinum crucibles to produce fiberglass yarns, it is more 20% strength and beautiful surface than normal fiberglass yarns, and  lots of  fiberglass yarns are sold to Ningbo,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and Jiangshu etc..

 

Large production capacity:

Supply 8 million square meters one month for fiberglass mesh.
