Title: Products 5: Coated Fiberglass Fabric/Mesh
Introduction:The Coated Fiberglass Fabric/Mesh are the final products we currently produce. Take the Fiberglass Mesh as an example.
The Fiberglass Mesh is made from the medium-alkali or non-alkali fiberglass mesh greige, on which the alkali resistant material is coated. The product comes with high strength, excellent coheisve property, and good agglutination capacity and fixation performance. It is widely applied in wall reinforce, external wall heat preservation and roofing water release. It is also applied in reinforcing cement, pitch, marble and mosaic construction. The fiberglass mesh is an ideal engineering material in building industry.
The Fiberglass Mesh we produced comes with the following features:
1. High performance in chemical-corrosion resistance
2. High strength
3. Good agglutination capacity and fixation performance
we are able to supply 100 million m2 fiberglass mesh per year.
Introduction:The Coated Fiberglass Fabric/Mesh are the final products we currently produce. Take the Fiberglass Mesh as an example.

Introduction:After Drawing Procedure, some of the Glass Fiber is put into the Twisting Procedure to produce Twisted Yarn.
the Fiberglass Yarn Factory is equipped with 22 Twisting machines and it is able to produce more than 10,000 Ton Twisted Yarn per year.

Title: Products 4: Fiberglass Mesh Fabric Base
Introduction:The Fiberglass Mesh Fabric Base is the products after the weaving procedure, after the coating procedure, it is coated with some kind of resin and cut into customized size.
We supply the fiberglass fabric base to other fiberglass mesh manufacturers and produce fiberglass mesh by ourself as well.

Title: Procedure 5: Weaving Procedure
Introduction:After the Warping Procedure, the Fiberglass Roving and Yarn are put into the Weaving Procedure to produce the Fabric Base. The Fabric Base is going to the Coating Procedure.
The Longlin Fiberglass Fabric Factory is currently equipped with 300 weaving machines, and it is able to produce 100 million m2 Fiberglass Fabric.
Introduction:After the Warping Procedure, the Fiberglass Roving and Yarn are put into the Weaving Procedure to produce the Fabric Base. The Fabric Base is going to the Coating Procedure.
The Longlin Fiberglass Fabric Factory is currently equipped with 300 weaving machines, and it is able to produce 100 million m2 Fiberglass Fabric.

Title: Mid-Products 3: Fiberglass Roving
Introduction:Fiberglass Roving is the no-twisted Glass Fiber. It is also one of our products.
We are able to produce 2000 ton Fiberglass Roving per year. This roving is also supplied to some other fiberglass factories in China for fabric producing
The Fiberglass Roving we produce comes with the following features:
1. Uniform tension, stable Tex, and low fuzz;
2. Could be easily bulked into uniform texturized yarn with few breakages;
3. Good agglutination capacity
Introduction:Fiberglass Roving is the no-twisted Glass Fiber. It is also one of our products.

We are able to produce 10,000 tone Fiberglass Twisted Yarn per year. This Fiberglass Yarn is also supplied to some other factories in China for fiberglass fabric producing.
The Fiberglass Twisted Yarn we produced comes with the following Features
1. High tensile breaking strength, low fuzz;
2. Even linear density, good workability
3. E/C-fiberglass Twisted Yarn has excellent electric insulation performance

Title: Products 1: Plain Weave Fabric
Introduction:The Fiberglass Plain Weave Fabric is a fabric woven in plain method with E/C-glass Roving or Twisted Yarn. The fabric could be easily impregnated with resin and it comes with high adhesion strength;
Additionally this fabric is with high performance in chemical-corrosion resistance, fire resistance, heat resistance, and durability. So as it is widely used in the GFRP (the Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics) industry and other chemical-Corrosion, fire resistance and heat resistance materials and projects.
The Plain Weave Fabric we produced comes with the following features:
1. Good performance in chemical-corrosion resistance
2. Fire resistance and heat resistance
3. Easily impregnated with resin, high cohesive strength
Introduction:The Fiberglass Plain Weave Fabric is a fabric woven in plain method with E/C-glass Roving or Twisted Yarn. The fabric could be easily impregnated with resin and it comes with high adhesion strength;

Title: Procedure 1: Fiber Drawing Procedure
Introduction:The Fiber Drawing Procedure is the first main procedure. The washed glass marbles are put into the Crucibles and burned into liquid state.
All of our Glass Fiber is Drawed from the Platinum Crucibles.
Currently the Luobian Yarn Factory is equipped with 73 Platinum Crucibles.
The Factory is able to produce 12,000 Ton Glass Fiber per year.
Attention: Because the Factory locates near a river and a hydro power station, we produce the Glass Fiber with very low water and electricity cost.
Introduction:The Fiber Drawing Procedure is the first main procedure. The washed glass marbles are put into the Crucibles and burned into liquid state.
All of our Glass Fiber is Drawed from the Platinum Crucibles.

Introduction:The Coating Procedure is the procedure before pachaging. After this procedure, the Fiberglass Fabric Base is coated with Resin and cut into customized size.

Title: Products 2: Twill Weave Fabric
Introduction:The Twill Weave Fabric is a fabric woven in twill method with E/C-glass roving. Compared to the plain weave fabric, when using the same warp and weft, the twill weave fabric comes out with higher density and strength, but with more silken and loose surface.
The twill weave fabric could be impregnated very well with resin, it is widely used in reinforce material, air filtration system, the GFRP industry, and it could be coated with silica gel to be special usage products.
The Twill Weave Fabric we produced comes with the following features:
1. High density, fire resistance
2. Insulation resistance
3. Silken and loose surface, good for filtration
